Specialist Groups

Separate from from the Tuesday evening meetings there are other groups who meet once or more a month as follows.

Audio-Visual Group

This, as the name implies, is a group for those members who wish to produce AV presentations and would like some help and advice or perhaps just to discuss ideas. Meetings are held on the last Thursday evening of each month at the house of one of the members.

Digital Group

This group meets on the third Thursday evening of each month at Madginford Small Hall to provide help and instruction with most areas relating to digital photography and the presentation of images for display in compettions and exhibitions. including some practical evenings when you can use your camera.

Historic Photo Group

Arising from the Club members' digitising of several thousand glass plates held by Maidstone Museum this group meets at a member's house to discuss all matters pertaining to the use of these images. This includes post production preparation and providing present day images of the locations shown in the originals. These meetings take place on alternate Wednesday mornings.
